Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Multiple Packages

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the package and product.

If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received the package, please first contact your local carrier and check with neighbors or building management.

If further assistance is needed, contact our support team and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
